The pixel-shift mode has been applied to obtain the highest possible resolution. The images in RAW (archival master files) and JPEG (operating files) formats were produced simultaneously. Obtained images in JPEG format were cropped and post-processed using MS Office Picture Manager software, and, after that, renamed following the applied barcodes using BCRWatcher software. The data from the labels has been extracted manually using MS Office Picture Manager software and organized in an MS Excel table following the Darwin Core standard. After that, the data has been harmonized and enriched with coordinates and other supporting information.
