The Myrotske Oak Forest belongs to the Klavdiievske Forestry of the State Enterprise «Klavdiievska Forest Research Station». \nThe aim of this study was to conduct an inventory of flora of the Myrotske Oak Forest. This checklist was created using field methods, Vegapp application (Schmidtlein & Chitin Software 2024) and iNaturalist application (iNaturalist & California Academy of Science 2011), that formed the basis of this dataset during trips in 2024 and 2025 years. \nIn total, the checklist flora of projected reserve «Dubyna» including 263 species.\nThis is an ancient oak woodland of the Betonico-Quercetum (Quercion roboris) association with presence of protected species of vascular plant: The following species are subject to protection under the Bern Convention (Resolution No. 6): Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb., Iris aphylla L., Lilium martagon L., Cephalanthera longifolia (L.) Fritsch and Platanthera bifolia (Red Data Book of Ukraine). The same applies to the following species, which are listed in the Digitalis grandiflora Mill and Veratrum lobelianum Bernh.
