NTNU University Museum's Fish individual data collection comprise of measurements and sampling results of fish on an individual level, with the oldest registrations from 1938.
This dataset comprise a variety of freshwater species, as well as European eel and European flounder. Atlantic salmon, brown trout and Arctic char account for the majority of registrations.
The collection contains specimen sampled in Norway, on Bear Island and on Greenland.
Each occurrance might be registered with taxon, sample time, sampler and a description of material or facts of length, mass, age, stomach content, maturity, parasite load, muscle color and estimation of growth.
