ABSTRACT
Acropteroxys cervantesi Mora-Aguilar and Delgado, new species (Coleoptera: Erotylidae: Languriinae: Languriini) from the Pacific lowlands in the state of Guerrero, Mexico is described and illustrated.A key to the species of the genus Acropteroxys Gorham is included. New Mexican state records are given for Camptocarpus dilatipleura Martins and Pereira, Camptocarpus longicollis (Motschulsky), Crotchia parallela Fowler, Ectrapezidera semiotina (Gorham), Languria irregularis Casey, Languria mozardi Latreille, Langurites lineatus (Castelnau), and Tomolanguria aculeata (Gorham).
