manual","methodSteps":["Se da el acompañamiento por parte del Jardín Botánico para acceder a tres zonas en las que se encontraban los especímenes. En la primera zona, se tomaron muestras de ramas por espécimen a los 4 m de altura (aproximadamente), en ejemplares con alturas máximas que oscilaban entre los 10 -17 m.","Lo mismo se repitió para las zonas dos y tres, donde ejemplar de la zona dos presentaba una altura aproximada de 11 m, mientras que el ejemplar de la zona tres rondaba en los 5 m.","En todos los casos se tomaron mediciones de CAP y DAP, coordenadas geográficas, temperatura del medio a la que fueron recolectadas las muestras, humedad relativa y presión atmosférica.","Cada muestra por espécimen fue codificada teniendo en cuenta el número de registro del Jardín botánico, junto con la codificación interna.
