Abstract
A new genus of Ceutorhynchinae (Mescysmoderini), Spathaspina Ramesha and Mahendiran, gen. nov. with one included new species, Spathaspina noohi Ramesha and Mahendiran sp. nov., is described and illustrated from north-eastern India. Characters separating Spathaspina from Cysmemoderes Colonnelli are discussed.
