This dataset includes records of caddisfly species collected from multiple sites along the full course of the Váh River (Slovakia) and its tributary, the Čierny Váh River. Sampling was conducted mainly by sweeping riparian vegetation, with occasional use of UV light trapping. The majority of the results are published in: Navara T., Lukáš J., Cíbik J. & Chvojka P. 2020.
