Abstract.
The crambid moth Agriphila hispanodeliella Błeszyński, 1959, bona sp., stat. rev. is redescribed from the southern part of the Iberian Peninsula for the first time since its original description as a subspecies of Agriphila deliella (Hübner, 1813). The range of this taxon is questioned depending on the specimens re-identified from other parts of the Iberian Peninsula and North Africa. A mitochondrial COI barcode sequence was generated for some specimens and compared with other Agriphila species.
