Abstract
Caves are important but understudied reservoirs of fungal diversity, particularly for genera such as Cladosporium (Cladosporiales, Dothideomycetes). This study aimed to characterise the richness of Cladosporium species from six caves in the Brazilian savannah (Cerrado) using an integrative approach combining morphology and multi-locus phylogenetic analyses (ACT, ITS, RPB 2, TEF 1 - α, and TUB). To improve species recognition in Cladosporium, selected ex-type strains were studied, for which RPB 2 and TUB barcodes were also sequenced. Species were delimited using morphology and phylogenetic inferences, supplemented by the pairwise homoplasy index (PHI) test to evaluate species boundaries. Twenty-three species were identified among 94 Cladosporium isolates. The polyphasic approach resulted in the description of six new species: five in the C. cladosporioides complex (C. carsi, C. lacerdae, C. mambaiense, C. nogueirae, and C. propiciense) and one in the C. sphaerospermum complex (C. mesquitapaivae). Additionally, analyses based on morphology, genealogical concordance phylogenetic species recognition (GCPSR), and the PHI test resulted in the synonymisation of C. ribis and C. speluncae under C. bambusicola, C. brigadeirense under C. puris, and C. marinisedimentum under C. sphaerospermum. Among the previously known species identified, 11 represent new records for cave environments, with C. bambusicola being the most frequent (29.17 %). These findings substantially expand the known diversity of Cladosporium in Neotropical caves, highlighting the Brazilian Cerrado as a hotspot of mycodiversity. Furthermore, ACT, RPB 2, TEF 1 - α, and TUB are proposed as the primary phylogenetic barcodes for distinguishing closely related Cladosporium species, particularly within the C. cladosporioides complex. This study further emphasises the necessity of using a polyphasic approach to achieve accurate taxonomic resolution among Cladosporium species, trace their distribution in caves, and help to understand their ecology.

RESUMEN
Cincuenta y un géneros que se sabe que ocurren en Costa Rica, pertenecientes a diez tribus de la subfamilia Encyrtinae (Encyrtidae), se definen por medio de caracteres diagnósticos genéricos. Se resume su biología y uso en biocontrol y se brindan claves de identificación de las 316 especies costarricenses. Todas las especies se ilustran y definen por medio de breves caracteres de diagnóstico o descripciones morfológicas completas, y se brinda información sobre sus distribuciones conocidas, rangos de hospedantes y uso en biocontrol. Se proponen como nuevos nombres de tres grupos de familias, 21 grupos de géneros y 254 grupos de especies. Una subtribu se actualiza al estado tribal; una tribu es degradada a subtribu; tres nombres de grupos de familias, 13 nombres de grupos de géneros y siete nombres de grupos de especies se proponen como sinónimos menores y dos nombres de grupos de especies se restablecen como válidos. Se proponen veintitrés nuevas combinaciones y se designan tres lectotipos.

Abstract. DetaiLed oBseRvations aRe pResented on the BehavioR of a gRoup of MaLe Halictus poeyi LepeLetieR Bees (HyMenopteRa: HaLictidae) in theiR seLected Roosting sites on Bidens pilosa L. and Emilia sonchifolia (L.) DC pLants. OveR appRoxiMateLy 50 days, cLiMatic conditions, haBitat stRuctuRe, and associated species weRe RecoRded. These oBseRvations suggest that cLusteRs exhiBit aRea fideLity within a Radius of appRoxiMateLy 1.5 M, RatheR than fideLity to specific pLant individuaLs oR species. Roost site seLection appeaRs to Be influenced By MicRohaBitat stRuctuRe, sunLight exposuRe, weatheR conditions, and pLant stRuctuRaL chaRacteRistics. In ouR oBseRvations, no eMeRging oR nesting feMaLes weRe found neaR the noctuRnaL Roosting sites.

Abstract
We describe a new species of the Neotropical treehopper genus Paragara Goding based on recently collected material and field observations from the Colombian Amazon. In addition to the new species, we present biological observations for both Paragara chagrana Flórez-V sp. nov. and Paragara nigra Funkhouser, including their mutualistic associations with ants and aspects of maternal behavior. We also provide the first description of a nymph for the genus and discuss several diagnostic morphological characters of its constituent species. Due to the external similarity between Paragara and Eunusa Fonseca, we include a comparative analysis that highlights key morphological and ecological differences between the two genera.

Abstract
An illustrated catalogue of the Palaearctic types of Parnopes Latreille, 1797, Euchroeus Latreille, 1809 and Stilbum Spinola, 1806 described by Walter Linsenmaier is presented. In total, Linsenmaier described one species and one subspecies of Parnopes, 24 species and 13 subspecies of Euchroeus and eight subspecies of Stilbum. Of these, two Parnopes taxa, 20 Euchroeus and four Stilbum are from the Palaearctic region. Primary types of these taxa are deposited in the collection of the Natur-Museum in Luzern, Switzerland, with the sole exceptions of the holotype of Euchroeus (Euchroeus) eous ssp. arabicus Linsenmaier, 1994 a and of Parnopes indicus Linsenmaier, 1968 which are deposited in the collection of the Natural History Museum in London (UK). This catalogue includes the list of the described species, photographs of 24 primary types and a synthesis of the recent changes in the taxonomy of Euchroeus.

Abstract
We present novel rearing records of Agromyzidae (Diptera) from throughout the United States and eastern Canada. We provide new rearing records for 154 species, plus 15 others whose identification is tentative or only to genus due to the absence of male specimens. For each species, we describe the leaf mines or other larval habits and review existing host, distribution, and phenological data. We provide the first rearing records for 19 species (Agromyza echinalis Lonsdale, A. kincaidi Malloch, A. pallidiseta Malloch, A. tacita Spencer, A. valdorensis Spencer, A. virginiensis Spencer, Liriomyza conclavis Lonsdale, L. hilairensis Lonsdale, L. montana Sehgal, L. nordica Spencer, M. eoflacensis Lonsdale, M. scrophulariae Spencer, M. subvirens (Malloch), Ophiomyia vockerothi Spencer, Phytoliriomyza conjunctimontis (Frick), P. consulta Spencer, P. imperfecta (Malloch), P. pacifica (Melander), and Phytomyza (Napomyza) nugax (Spencer)); the first full account of the larval biology of Amauromyza karli (Hendel); and the first unambiguous host record for Phytomyza sehgali Spencer, along with (for the remaining 133 confidently identified, previously known species) 166 other new host species records, 70 new host genera, and seven new host families. We report 200 new state and provincial records, including the first confirmed North American records for Agromyza alnibetulae Hendel, Aulagromyza populi (Kaltenbach), Calycomyza steviae Spencer, Liriomyza avicenniae Martinez, L. mikaniovora Spencer, and Phytomyza spinaciae Hendel; the first confirmed USA records for Agromyza valdorensis Spencer, Calycomyza sonchi Spencer, Cerodontha (Dizygomyza) scirpivora Spencer, Phytomyza mitellae Griffiths, and P. pedicularicaulis Spencer; and the first confirmed Canadian records for Calycomyza cynoglossi (Frick), Liriomyza eupatoriella Spencer, L. valerianivora Eiseman & Lonsdale, and Ophiomyia kwansonis Sasakawa. The above counts refer to records confirmed by examination of reared specimens; numerous additional new host and distribution records are reported based on photographed mines and tentatively identified females. We clarify the identity and hosts of Calycomyza novascotiensis Spencer and synonymize C. michiganensis Steyskal syn. nov. with it; we also consider Liriomyza carphephori Eiseman, Lonsdale & Feldman syn. nov. to be a synonym of L. cracentis Lonsdale, and Ophiomyia parda Eiseman & Lonsdale syn. nov. to be a synonym of O. quinta Spencer. A narrowed concept of Agromyza parca Spencer is provided. Abstract
Addyme Walker, 1863 is a genus in Phycitinae, distributed from Asia to Oceania. In this study, we present a new species belong to Addyme, Addyme hircicornisjuxta Yu & Cho, sp. nov. from Laos, and Vietnam. We provide a detailed morphological description and illustrations of the adult and male genitalia, together with comparative images of related species.

Abstract
Capnodiaceae is a major family of sooty mold fungi, but its species diversity, host associations, and geographic distribution remain insufficiently documented in China. Many taxa in this family have been described based on limited morphological information or incomplete molecular datasets, resulting in unresolved generic and species boundaries. In this study, newly collected Capnodiaceae material from China was examined using morphological observations, culture characteristics, host and geographic information, and four-locus phylogenetic analyses based on ITS, LSU, tef 1-α, and rpb 2 sequence data. A total of 37 newly collected strains associated with 25 host plant taxa belonging to 23 genera and 19 families were included. Phylogenetic analyses resolved several well-supported lineages within Capnodiaceae and supported the recognition of one new genus, Hyphopolychaeton, and eight new species in Conidiocarpus, Leptoxyphium, Polychaeton, and Hyphopolychaeton. In addition, 11 new host records and three new records for China are documented. Host and geographic information showed that several taxa, including Conidiocarpus cinnamomi and C. caucasicus, occur on multiple host plants, indicating that host association alone should not be used as a primary criterion for species delimitation. Morphological comparisons showed that the position and structure of the conidiogenous region within the conidioma are informative for generic delimitation when congruent with multilocus phylogenetic evidence. In contrast, minor quantitative differences in conidiomatal or conidial dimensions may represent intraspecific variation when not supported by clear molecular divergence. An expanded Leptoxyphium phylogeny including all available unnamed strains further supports a conservative interpretation of species boundaries in this genus. Overall, this study provides new morphological, ecological, host-associated, geographic, and multilocus molecular data for Chinese Capnodiaceae and strengthens the reference framework for species recognition and generic delimitation in sooty mold fungi.

Abstract
In the present study, a new species, Bucculatrix bipuncticosta sp. nov. is described as new to science. Also, B. comporabile Seksjaeva, 1989, is reported for the first time from Korea. The external morphology and genital structures of them are described and illustrated in detail. In addition, mitochondrial COI DNA barcodes were extracted to analyze and compare the genetic information of Bucculatrix species recorded in Korea.

Abstract
The obscure Arctiinae genus Ranghana Moore, 1878, is reviewed here. The previously undescribed male of its sole species, Ranghana punctata Moore, 1878, is described and illustrated for the first time, based on material collected from the Sundarbans mangrove forest, Bangladesh. Detailed accounts of the male and female genitalia, along with comprehensive descriptions of the morphology and ecological aspects, are provided and illustrated.

Abstract
Two new species of the tribe Ledrini, Petalocephala dweepa Rajgopal sp. nov. (Andaman Islands: Diglipur) and Petalocephala ishanya Rajgopal sp. nov. (Arunachal Pradesh: Hunli) are described and illustrated from India. The genus Petalocephala is reported from Andaman Is. (India) for the first time in this study. New locality record is also provided for Latycephala viridula Kuoh. All examined material is deposited in the National Insect Museum (NIM), ICAR—National Bureau of Agricultural Insect Resources, Bengaluru, India.

Abstract
In this paper I present the results of the first faunistic investigation of the Sakhalin freshwater tardigrade fauna with the use of the integrative taxonomy. In samples of bottom sediments collected in several rivers of South Sakhalin, I found eight species representing three of the four parachelan superfamilies. For most of the species, I obtained mitochondrial COI and nuclear ribosomal 18S rRNA, 28 rRNA and ITS-2 nucleotide sequences, as well as morphological data obtained using light contrast and scanning electron microscopy. The number of tardigrade species known for Sakhalin Island increased from 1 to 9. Among the eight species one is similar to Dactylobiotus dervizi, previously known from Komandorskiye Islands, and one—to Murrayon hastatus. The remaining six species, representing the genera Mixibius, Hypsibius, Dianea and Mesobiotus, are new for science, yet their formal description is not possible because of the small number of isolated specimens. Nevertheless, the inclusion of new molecular data in the phylogenetic analysis of the superfamily Hypsibioidea revealed, for the first time, the presence of a well-supported clade of the enigmatic genus Mixibius and allowed for a establishing its phylogenetic position as a sister clade to the genus Acutuncus within the family Acutuncidae. Moreover, a critical analysis of original descriptions of two species of the genus Mixibius, M. parvus and M. tibetanus, resulted in their transfer to the genus Isohypsibius on the basis of claw morphology. In consequence, amended diagnoses of the family Acutuncidae and the genus Acutuncus are given.

Abstract
Four new species of the head louse genus Schizosairhynchus Gustafsson & Bush, 2017 are described and illustrated based on specimens from Australo-Papuan starlings (Sturnidae). They are: Schizosairhynchus anahitae sp. nov. ex Mino anais orientalis (Schlegel, 1871); Schizosairhynchus bilobus sp. nov. ex Aplonis panayensis strigatus (Horsfield, 1821) and Aplonis panayensis panayensis (Scopoli, 1786); Schizosairhynchus guadalcanalensis sp. nov. ex Mino kreffti (Sclater, 1869) and Schizosairhynchus sarcoplestes sp. nov. ex Sarcops calvus melanonotus Ogilvie-Grant, 1906. The species Schizosairhynchus philippensis (Tandan & Kumar, 1969), Schizosairhynchus erysichthoni Gustafsson & Bush, 2017 and Schizosairhynchus minovenator Gustafsson & Bush, 2017 are reillustrated for comparison. A key to all known species of Schizosairhynchus is given. Also, a list of species of lice belonging to head ecomorph genera parasitizing species of Sturnidae is provided.

Abstract
Species of the genus Arboridia Zachvatkin from China are reviewed, with nine new species described in the nominate subgenus Arboridia: A. (Arboridia) anceps, A. (A.) cuihuashanastra, A. (A.) fluctiformis, A. (A.) longiora, A. (A.) medialis, A. (A.) orbicularis, A. (A.) procurva, A. (A.) tenuicava, and A. (A.) wanshuigouensis spp. nov. One new combination is proposed: A. (A.) cambera (Song & Li, 2016) comb. nov. In addition, two species are newly recorded from China: A. (A.) padi and A. (A.) silvarum. Detailed morphological descriptions and illustrations of these species, along with a checklist of all known species from China are provided.

Abstract
Seven new species of the chigger mite genus Hyracarus Lawrence, 1949 are described from murid rodents in the Western Cape Province of South Africa: Hyracarus adamsi sp. nov., H. tanneri sp. nov., H. chicoi sp. nov., H. oreillyi sp. nov., H. leei sp. nov., H. lucki sp. nov., and H. britti sp. nov. A new key to species of this genus is compiled, which includes 25 valid species and two dubious species without known types. Currently, nine species of Hyracarus are known in the Western Cape Province — H. minimus Stekolnikov, 2025, H. maximus Stekolnikov, 2025, and the seven new species described herein. Two or more of these nine species (four as maximum) co-occur in the majority of sampled sites where the genus was recorded.

ABSTRACT
The genus Merohister Reitter, 1909 comprises seven recognized species, most of which exhibit a broad distribution across multiple biogeographic regions worldwide. Two species have been recorded from India, M. jekeli (Marseul, 1857) and M. asoka (Lewis, 1910). Both species were re-examined on a large sample of specimens collected from buffalo carcass disposal sites in Punjab, India, and both are redescribed in detail, supported by high-resolution images, highlighting their diagnostic morphological features. For the first time, the male genitalia of M. asoka are described and illustrated, enhancing the taxonomic understanding of this species.Multivariate studies of 14 morphometric features (Principal Component Analysis and Canonical Discriminant Function) further support the delimitation of both species, demonstrating the value of an integrative approach in their redescription.

Abstract. Two species of kissing bug (Hemiptera: Reduviidae: Triatominae), Triatoma dimidiata (Latreille, 1811) and Triatoma pallidipennis (Stål, 1872), are recorded for the first time in northern Mexico, specifically in the states of Nuevo León (T. dimidiata and T. pallidipennis) and Tamaulipas (T. dimidiata); these correspond to the northernmost records of the species in the country. A specimen of T. dimidiata from Nuevo León tested positive for Trypanosoma cruzi Chagas, 1909, the causing agent of American trypanosomiasis, also known as Chagas’ disease.
